Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern use of the Production Management System ("PMS", "the system"), an internal tool provided by LEX Liverpool ("we", "us", "our") to its staff. By logging in, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use PMS

PMS is provided solely for use by authorised LEX Liverpool staff and any other individuals we have expressly granted access to, for legitimate business purposes connected to your role. It is not a public service.

2. Your account

  • You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone else.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at dpo@lexliverpool.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use PMS only for its intended business purposes. You must not:

  • Access, copy or export data you are not authorised to view
  • Share customer, financial or staff data outside the business except as your role requires
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, security features, or role-based permissions
  • Use the system in a way that could disrupt its availability or integrity for other users

4. Data confidentiality

Information in PMS — including customer records sourced from CurrentRMS, budgets, and internal reports — is confidential business information. Treat it with the same care you would any other confidential company data, and only use it for the purpose for which it was made available to you.

5. Availability

PMS is provided as an internal operational tool on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may take it offline for maintenance or updates.

6. Changes to the system and these terms

We may modify PMS or these terms at any time to reflect changes in how the business or the system operates. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

7. Ending access

Access to PMS is tied to your role at LEX Liverpool. We will remove your account when it's no longer needed — for example, when your employment ends or your role changes — and may suspend access at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to dpo@lexliverpool.com.
